A manufacturer of plastic components and associated tooling, offering a full design to production service, is looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to run their moulding department.

***Monday-Friday days, £35,000 + bonus***

The role will be more focused to man-management and production planning, ensuring that orders are completed on time. An understanding of injection moulding is needed, though this is a non-technical role, so processing experience isn't required.

As the Production Supervisor, your duties will include:

Supervising the mould hop and daily production activity.
Man-management of 6-7 people, dealing with personnel issues.
Production planning, ensuring jobs are organised efficiently.
Responsibility for managing and monitoring production KPIs.
Resolving any issues in a timely manner to reduce downtime.

To be successful in the role of Production Supervisor the ideal candidate will:

Have experience of production management within a plastic injection moulding environment.
Be capable of planning work/orders within the mouldshop.
Proven experience in leading teams
