Production Team Leader - About the role

Leading the safe and compliant processing of material segregation in the depot. You will be responsible for plant availability and utilisation targets are met through management of staff, maintenance, and housekeeping, consult with the Site Management with regards to operations and performance and working and leading a team within a shift-based system.

Main responsibilities:

•  Safe operation of processes on site
•  Ensuring tasks are undertaken safely and compliantly on site.
•  Leading a team of operators.
•  Prioritising work in the facility
•  Supporting maintenance activities.

What we need from you:

•  Production Experience.
•  Experience in leading teams.        
•  IOSH Managing Safely
