Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Building Management Systems (BMS)? Join our team in the North West to oversee BMS projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, budget-friendly delivery.

A BMS project involves the design, engineering, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and completion of a new Building Energy Management System (BEMS) installation. The BMS Project Manager is responsible for managing this process from start to finish, ensuring the project is delivered in the most cost-effective way possible.

Responsibilities: You will plan and organize BMS projects, produce technical submissions, interpret project specifications, engineer panel manufacture notes, and select and procure parts efficiently. Supervision of trades and liaising with in-house engineers is essential. You'll conduct site visits, advise customers on system benefits, prepare monthly applications, estimate project costs, and attend project reviews. Additionally, you will produce final O&M manuals, provide technical advice, develop new controls techniques, and train junior engineers.

Attributes: The ideal candidate is self-managing, motivated, knowledgeable in BEMS controls and applications, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to read schematic drawings, conduct system surveys, and demonstrate trustworthiness, punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance.
