Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful administration teamin a large not for profit, social enterprise that offer great benefits and an agile work model..

Can you handle high volume administration work?
Do you have good attention to detail?
IF yes this could be the ideal opportunity.

The Project Coordinatorwill be responsible for ensuring a high level of administrative support across a number of programmes.

Liaise with businesses across the region to ensure their assessment processes, dates and actual assessments are scheduled and that assessor appointments have been booked. Promote and facilitate the delivery timetable for training programmes.

Ensure accurate recording of information via a CRM system and use all Office 365 programmes to manage customer enquires and correspondence.
Take part in audits as required
Make sureall documentation and assessments are fully completed and that best practice is adhered to at all times.
