Our client is a reputable and well-established construction company known for delivering high-quality and innovative projects across the region. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the successful delivery of a high rise residential scheme.

Role Overview:

As the Project Director, you will take the lead in managing projects from inception through to completion. This key leadership role will involve overseeing project teams, developing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are met at every stage. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, mitigating risks, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of multiple large-scale construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee and coordinate project teams to ensure smooth execution and collaboration.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring open communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to address challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and all relevant legal requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to senior management, keeping them informed of project status, performance, and any potential issues.

Requirements for the role:
