Ashley Services are proud to be working with a fantastic client who are looking to add aProject Manager to their expanding team in Manchester.
About The Role:
- Successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion up to 2million
- Planning, coordinating, and managing all phases ofconstructionprojects
- Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to monitorconstructionprogress
- Developing and managingprojectschedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Maintain effective communication withprojectteam members and stakeholders
- Conducting regular site inspections to assessprojectprogress, identify risks, and ensure compliance
- Manage an in-house team and coordinate with external contractors
- Ensure allprojects meet high standards of quality and compliance withindustry regulations
- Maintain accurateprojectdocumentation, including progress reports, budget tracking, and compliance records.
- Experience work in the Healthcare sector
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proficiency inprojectmanagement software and tools
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite
- SMSTS qualified
- First Aid qualified
- Temporary works coordinator accreditation
- Tendering experience
Job Details:
- 50-60k per Annum
- Manchester based
