Project Manager:
As a Project manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing contracts for our office fit-out projects. Your expertise will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, projects are delivered on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the client and build relationshiops.
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.
- Assist Project Managers in the coordination of project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular reports on contract status and project performance to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a project Manager (5+ years)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Category A and B office fit-out knowledge.
