As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of our projects.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our schemes, acting as the main point of contact for clients, site teams, and senior management. Your role will focus on ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standards.
This position is based from home, with travel required depending on project locations.
Key Responsibilities
路Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and coordination to ensure smooth execution.
路Act as the primary point of escalation for clients, operatives, and management.
路Ensure projects meet agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
路Work closely with Supervisors & Operatives, providing support to ensure successful project delivery.
路Monitor project progress, review site records, and compile reports for Commercial & Financial teams.
路Attend client meetings and manage stakeholder relationships.
路Identify additional work opportunities, raise early warnings, and coordinate with the Commercial team.
路Develop Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) and ensure full Health & Safety compliance.
路Assist with procurement, including take-offs for materials, placing orders, and managing site deliveries.
路Manage document control, ensuring accurate records of project changes and updates.
路Conduct Toolbox Talks and Site Safety Audits to maintain a safe working environment.
路Perform line management duties, including appraisals, team development, and recruitment.
About You
路Experience in Project Management within Civils, Street Lighting, or Traffic Sign industries.
路Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
路Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
路Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
