Role Overview:
The company is looking for a skilled Project Manager to take charge of project planning, execution, and successful completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and availability.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using verification techniques.
- Monitor and report on project performance using relevant tools and systems.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain thorough project documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, ideally in civil engineering, demolition, or bulk earthworks.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
