Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000
Location: Manchester
About the Role:
We're looking for someone to join our client who is an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to expand their natural resources team in the North West.
We are looking for someone to join as a project manager with infrastructure, nuclear or oil and gas experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
- Writing designs and specifications.
- Deliver clear, concise project reports.
- Contract administration and project oversight.
- Producing feasibility studies and condition surveys.
- Take responsibility for tasks and act independently when required.
Role Requirements for the Project Manager:
- Have experience in Infrastructure, Nuclear or oil and gas sectors
- NEC Experience is preferred but not necessary
- Have already obtained or already obtained chartership (RICS, APM)
- Be prepared to travel to Derby 3 days a week for 6 weeks then once a month after that
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
What's on offer for the Project Manager?
- A starting salary of between 45,000 to 55,000 dependant on experience.
