Project Manager

Ionic Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Project Manager in Manchester.

Our client is a well-established fit-out contractor specialising in multi-sector projects, including office spaces, commercial buildings, and refurbishments. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing fit-out and refurbishment projects across various sectors, including office and commercial buildings.
• Leading project planning, scheduling, and execution while ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions to mitigate delays.
• Ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving.
• Managing budgets, cost control, and reporting on project financials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fit-out and refurbishment sector.
• Strong knowledge of office and commercial building fit-outs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in budget management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

• 60,000 - 65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
