We are working with a globally recognised construction consultancy who is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to join their teams in Manchester and Birmingham. You will be working on major multi-million-pound projects across the infrastructure sector including highways, rail and more! Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality project and programme management services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert project and programme management support throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Advising clients on cost, programme, risks, and issues.
  • Managing multi-disciplinary professional teams.
  • Leading client and stakeholder communications and relationships.
  • Producing monthly reports, including project programmes and risk registers.
  • Implementing effective and efficient communication strategies.
  • Developing and executing project delivery plans to meet objectives.
  • Challenging existing processes to drive performance improvement in evolving environments.

Requirements of the Project Manager:

  • A Project Management Qualification (or working towards one) from APM, RICS, or similar.
  • Proven experience in best practice project management techniques.
  • A strong understanding of both pre- and post-contract Project Management responsibilities.
  • Experience managing projects across their entire lifecycle.
  • NEC contract management experience.
