V7 Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Design Manager to join our client who work on high rise residential projects across the North West.The role will be a site based position on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre! (PERM)

Ideal candidate:
- Experience coordinatinglarge scale new build projects
- Ambitious and motivated work attitude
- Worked in multiple sectors
- Experience managing multiple projects at any given time
Duties will include:
- Managing all design activity through to completion of the project.
- Advising and supporting the client, commercial and project teams on the risks/ opportunitywith the development of thebuilding design.
- Managing the design process within agreed timescales whilst displaying excellent technical expertise and commercial awareness.
- Ensure the design process meets current legislation and strive to eliminate health & safety risks during the construction.
