Calibre Search are delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading Developers who specialise and offer a unique service in brownfield and land regeneration sites now looking to add a Senior Development Manager to join them in their Manchester office.
Be part of one of the UK's most niche and established Developers as you will play a pivotal role in the planning, management and delivery of their major development sites across their portfolio with a particular focus on the North West.
Ideally, you will be qualified in town planning or surveying (with the MRICS/MRTPI qualification) with extensive experience either from a similar developer or agency. Great role if you fancy challenging yourself with one of the UK's leading developers.
Duties:
- Development appraisals, procuring and leading the multidisciplinary, external professional teams
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies to inform decision-making and project planning.
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall development strategy, identifying new opportunities and advising on market trends.
- Oversee all stages of the development process, including site acquisition, planning, design, construction, and handover.
- Liaising with and reporting to the stakeholders, funders and internal management
- Managing the development process of projects within your portfolio
- Working closely with end-users, developing the specification and high-quality delivery
