The Role:

As a Senior Funding Manager, you'll be at the forefront of providing tailored financial solutions to clients while driving revenue for the business. Your role involves consulting with business owners and funding partners to navigate funding landscapes effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Originate and meticulously convert funding applications leveraging a diverse network of introducers and a curated panel of esteemed funders.

- Harness provided leads effectively, while proactively cultivating your own network to generate origination opportunities.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing key funding partners while actively seeking out and engaging potential funders.

- Demonstrate clear and effective communication with business owners, introducers, and lenders to ensure seamless collaboration.

- Proactively expand your network to develop a robust pipeline of introducers.

- Ensure meticulous data management by accurately inputting and consistently updating information on the CRM system.

- Provide transparent progress reports to originators, keeping all stakeholders informed.

- Utilise financial and other pertinent data to expertly package deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and lender requirements.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, continuously updating knowledge of lenders to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated excellence in organisational prowess, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and initiatives.

- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, adept at conveying complex information with clarity and precision.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience within the Financial Services Sector, with a focus on Business to Business sales.
