A well-established, multi-disciplinary Construction and Property Consultancy, based in Central Manchester, are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team.
The successful Senior Project Manager will be joining a strong team, all of whom have been responsible for the successful delivery of many high profile projects in recent years.
Based in Central Manchester, but have significant presence in other parts of the UK, especially London.
The successful Senior Project Manager will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry.
About the role:
The successful Senior Project Manager will take on responsibility for Residentialand Commercial projects based predominantly in the North. The role is a consultancy role and flexible but you would be expected to attend site at as often as is reasonable, dictated by the client.
The role would suit someone with a proven track record in similar sector of industry. MRICS would be preferred but not essential. What is more important is a strong track record in multiple sectors.
About the requirements:
- The successful Senior Project Manager needs to have extensive experience of Project Managing major projects.
- Exceptional client facing skills are a prerequisite as you will be representing a well established, professional Property Consultancy
- A blend of new build and refurbishment experience.
- MRICS preferred but not essential
About the salary:
- Up to 70,000 (DOE)
