Our client, a leading construction consultancy based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver a variety of construction projects for their growing portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work on high-profile projects in a client-facing, dynamic role.
Due to the nature of the role, you must have been living in the UK for the last 3 consecutive years.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
- Manage full project lifecycles, from planning through to completion
- Work closely with clients to ensure their construction needs are met
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful outcomes
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders
Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:
- Previous experience of working within a UK construction consultancy
- Strong knowledge of construction project management methodologies and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Qualified in a relevant construction subject e.g. Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying etc.
On offer for the Senior Project Manager:
- A basic salary ranging between 50,000 - 60,000
