Our clientis a well established construction main contractor with various projects across Manchester and the North West. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a £40m residential project in the city centre.

About The Role

As our Senior Project Manager, youll manage large scale or complicated multi-disciplinary construction schemes or sites and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction and company standards.

About You

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Be a CSCS card holder.
  • Be self-motivated and results orientated with a positive outlook.
  • Have good management skills, with the ability to motivate employees to achieve high standard of compliance.
  • Have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills; able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards or quality.
  • Have sound knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Can ensure standards and specifications are met.
  • Have excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills and be able to make a sound business to senior stakeholders.
  • Chartered membership of a professional institution (desirable).
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
