Key Responsibilities but not limited to:-

Oversee residential fire sprinkler installations from start to finish.
Prepare sales proposals and secure new installation contracts.
Take ownership of financial performance for the installation division.
Recruit, develop, and grow a high-performing project team from scratch.
Ensure seamless operations between clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Manage budgets, cash flow, and timelines while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
Present project reports and contribute to business growth strategies.
