Job Title: Senior Project Manager:
Salary: 55,000 - 65,000
Location: Manchester
About the Role:
Our client, a leading international consultancy, is expanding their North West team and seeking a Senior Project Manager.
If you have experience in delivering Defence Sector Projects and are already performing at a senior level or looking for a step up then this could suit you perfectly.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:
- Draft and present early-stage appraisals and viability reports
- Assemble all necessary paperwork
- Formulate fee proposals
- Collaborate with academic and professional teams to develop curriculum and student support processes
- Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery
- Develop strong relationships with clients and members of the cross-functional team
- Generate high quality bid proposals and develop innovative solutions to meet client's needs
Role Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:
- Experience in Defence Sector Projects is preferred
- Have already obtained or working towards chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive approach
- Excellent report-writing and technical review skills
- A sound understanding of clients needs and strong commercial awareness.
- NEC Experience is preferred but not necessary
What's on offer for the Senior Project Manager?
- 25 days annual leave plus public
- A starting salary of between 55,000 to 65,000 dependant on experience.
