My client is an award-winning Building and Construction contractor delivering projects nationwide. They provide all types of Building and Construction solutions across various projects.

They have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with a Drylining / SFS background to join their team and work on a range of newly secured Building and Construction projects in the North West.

As a Senior Project Manager, your role will include:

  • Drylining / SFS Background
  • Project Planning and Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, coordinate tasks, and motivate staff to achieve project goals effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and outcomes.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong communication with clients to update them on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
  • Budget Oversight: Track project expenses, manage resources efficiently, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets company standards, project specifications, and compliance with regulations.
  • Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges promptly to prevent disruptions to the project timeline.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with various departments and external contractors to streamline project execution.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is conducted in line with health and safety regulations to promote a secure work environment.
