We are seeking an Area Property Operations Manager with Facility Management experience for a rolling contract with the UK Government until March 2025, with potential for extension.
The role requires up to 4 days per week on-site in Manchester and offers a hybrid working model.
Candidates should possess essential skills in Facilities Management and Contract & Supplier Management, along with a full UK Driving License.
Recent experience in a Security Cleared (SC/CTC) environment is beneficial, and an ASAP start is preferred.
