Asset Manager - Housing Association - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established Housing Association in Greater Manchester who are looking to appoint a permanent Asset Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a develop with a team and contribute to the successful management of housing schemes. The role will be paying up to £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, working 35 hours a week.

Asset Manager - Housing Association - About The Role:

  • Develop and deliver investment programmes through the use of data intelligence
  • Play a lead role in the development of maintenance programmes, ensuring that the required standards are achieved and that work is planned to minimise disruption to residents and maximise effectiveness
  • Responsible for inspection and stock condition surveys, ensuring that data is correct
  • To lead on the collection and interpretation of asset data to enable sound investment decision
  • Responsible for budget management, tendering and procurement of services and maintaining strong relationships with contractors

Asset Manager - Housing Association - What you need:

  • RICS or CIOB qualification is desirable
  • Experience of working in an Asset Management role at a senior or managerial level
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems
