Job Title: Property Manager (Block) - Residential Asset Management

Location: Manchester, UK

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential blocks.
Lead on AGM's & S20's
Build strong client relationships and collaborate with residents.
Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential block management.
Strong knowledge of property operations, maintenance, and financial management.
IRPM qualification is desired.
