About the Firm

A well-respected firm of Insolvency Practitioners in Manchester is looking for a Graduate Trainee to join their specialist Property Receivership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate with a finance-related degree to develop a career in property receivership, a key area within the insolvency and restructuring sector.

The Role

As a Graduate Trainee Property Receivership Administrator, you will be trained to assist in the management of distressed property cases where lenders have appointed receivers to recover debts. You will gain hands-on experience working with a variety of property-related insolvency matters and develop expertise in managing assets and securing financial recoveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the management of property receivership cases, ensuring smooth administration
  • Supporting the appointment of receivers and coordinating with lenders, solicitors, and agents
  • Conducting property and financial investigations to assess asset values and liabilities
  • Liaising with tenants, property managers, and estate agents regarding rental income and property disposals
  • Preparing reports, financial summaries, and case documentation
