The RoleAs a Graduate Trainee Property Receivership Administrator, you will be trained to assist in the management of distressed property cases where lenders have appointed receivers to recover debts. You will gain hands-on experience working with a variety of property-related insolvency matters and develop expertise in managing assets and securing financial recoveries.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with the management of property receivership cases, ensuring smooth administration
- Supporting the appointment of receivers and coordinating with lenders, solicitors, and agents
- Conducting property and financial investigations to assess asset values and liabilities
- Liaising with tenants, property managers, and estate agents regarding rental income and property disposals
- Preparing reports, financial summaries, and case documentation
