My client, a leading international law firm are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to join their Operations team.

This role can be based in either the Birmingham or Manchester office.

The Property Portfolio Manager will play a crucial role in managing the company's real estate and facilities.

Duties include -

  • Support the selection, evaluation, and management of office spaces
  • Develop and maintain a diary for lease events
  • Contribute to real estate strategy and transaction analysis
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants
  • Manage capital projects, ensuring high standards and compliance
  • Support sustainability initiatives and risk management
  • Oversee budget management and supplier contracts

The ideal candidate for the role will possess the following:

  • Strong ability to balance operational delivery with strategic planning
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data management and attention to detail
  • Experience in facilities and real estate business planning
  • RICS qualification and a degree in Real Estate or Business Management
  • APM certification (desirable)
