About the Role

We are seeking a Property Sales Progression Specialist to join our client's well-established insolvency firm in Manchester. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of property sales within insolvency cases, from initial marketing through to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, liaising with estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure transactions progress efficiently and within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Marketing & Viewings:

    • Ensure properties are effectively marketed through the appropriate channels.
    • Coordinate and manage property viewings with potential buyers.
    • Liaise with estate agents to maximize exposure and interest in properties.
  • Sales Progression & Transaction Management:

    • Oversee the sales process from offer acceptance to completion.
    • Act as the main point of contact for all parties involved, ensuring smooth communication between estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, and clients.
    • Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve issues to keep transactions on track.
    • Ensure compliance with insolvency regulations and procedures throughout the property disposal process.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

    • Provide regular updates to insolvency practitioners and other relevant parties on the status of property sales.
    • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence.
    • Ensure all relevant documentation is processed and filed correctly.
Key Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience in property sales progression, estate agency, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the property sales process, including conveyancing and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of insolvency-related property sales would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and CRM systems.
