The role offers an OTE of £80,000, with commission rates of 10% up to half the target, 15% from half to the target, and 20% for anything above target.
Candidates are expected to have experience in the Property Sales sector, ideally in Off-Plan Investment Sales, but other relevant experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities include qualifying new clients, managing existing clients, negotiating sales, conducting property viewings, and meeting performance targets.

Conduct viewings of residential property to prospective buyers
Convert viewings to offers
Conduct over the phone sales for international buyers
Meet agreed performance and sales targets
Working with the UK's leading property developers

What you'll Bring:

Experience in the Property Sales Sector
