Role: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Manchester
Qualiteach is currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced behaviour mentor for a secondary school based in the Manchesterarea. The role will begin on 13/01/2025and is offered on a full-time, ongoing basis 5 days per week.
The role will involve working with pupils in the isolation room, mentoring and supporting students who present challenging behaviours. This will involve working with pupils at KS3/4 both on a 1-1 basis and in small groups as well.
Key requirements:
- Experience of working with secondary age pupils across KS3/4
- Experience of working with pupils who display challenging behaviour
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to quickly and effectively build rapport
- Available from 13/01/2025
- Flexible and adaptable in your approach
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold and enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
