Family / Systemic Therapist is required for a 56 bedded hospital for a leading provider of specialist treatment in mental health. The hospital has an established reputation for providing the highest standards of care for both inpatients and outpatients together with an extensive range of clinical services and is a principle provider to the NHS in the north of England, focusing on positive holistic outcomes through full service provision

We currently have a vacancy for a qualified Family Therapist/Systemic Therapist to work across child and Adolescent inpatient Eating Disorder Services.

The post holder will work as a member of the Multi-disciplinary team to provide assessments and interventions for young people and their families who have been referred to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

The post holders responsibilities will include:

Working within the standards set out by CQC, QNIC and other regulators
Providing excellent standards of evidence based practice
Regularly reviewing and monitoring outcomes of assessments and the effects of treatment in line with goal based outcomes
Active participation in service developments including: the use of service user feedback / in-house training
Contributing to the development of care pathways and other treatment protocols
To provide specialist supervision, training and consultation to colleagues through formulation groups / reflective practice
