Role: Head of HR & People
Location: Manchester
Salary: 70,000-80,000 + 10% bonus
Full Time, Permanent
Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive and shape the overall culture and people strategy of a well established, market leading business.
Head of HR - Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to drive effective HR practices and initiatives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with all Employment legislation and communicate any changes internally to stakeholders.
- Manage employee relations and performance management processes, addressing any conflicts effectively
- Upskill and develop managers in respect of HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with internal L&D team on management development programs.
- Represent the organisation in all matters related to employee legislation and compliance
- Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for all staff.
Head of HR - Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably Head of People or similar
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to foster a culture of inclusivity and engagement
