This is a fantastic opportunity to drive and shape the overall culture and people strategy of a well established, market leading business.

Head of HR - Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to drive effective HR practices and initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with all Employment legislation and communicate any changes internally to stakeholders.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management processes, addressing any conflicts effectively
  • Upskill and develop managers in respect of HR policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with internal L&D team on management development programs.
  • Represent the organisation in all matters related to employee legislation and compliance
  • Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for all staff.

Head of HR - Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably Head of People or similar
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to foster a culture of inclusivity and engagement
