You must be registered with the HCPC to apply for this role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working within the standards set out by CQC, QNIC and other regulators
- Providing excellent standards of evidence based practice
- Regularly reviewing and monitoring outcomes of assessments and the effects of treatment in line with goal based outcomes
- Active participation in service developments including: the use of resident feedback / in-house training
- Contributing to the development of care pathways and other treatment protocols
- To provide specialist supervision, training and consultation to colleagues through formulation groups / reflective practice
Skills required:
- A confident grasp of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and at least two other therapeutic modalities
- at least one of which includes training in an intervention suitable for working with e.g. (equivalent location specific disorders)
- An understanding and application of therapy principles with a willingness to train in therapies if not already received
- Experience of working in areas of Complex Clients. Also in delivering high-level interventions for complex service users
- Training in Clinical Supervision
- Understanding, experience and training in assessment such as (make specific to the environment and population)
- Leadership and management experience
