As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other needs. Assist teachers in delivering tailored interventions and lessons that cater to individual learning needs. Use your psychology knowledge to promote emotional well-being and positive behaviour among students. Help create an engaging, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to support each child's educational journey. Requirements: We are looking for a psychology graduate who: Holds a degree in psychology or a related field. Has a genuine passion for working with children with SEN. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is empathetic, proactive, and adaptable to meet the needs of individual students. Has previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential). Eligibility: Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS certificate on the online update service (or willingness to apply for one). Two professional references covering at least the last two years.
