A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Payroll Advisor to join a leading business, providing expert payroll support, processing, and advisory services to a portfolio of clients.
Your Role:
- Manage multiple client payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries, delivering exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and raise system bugs or improvement opportunities.
✔️ 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or bureau payroll environment.
✔️ Proven experience managing client relationships.
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
