A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Payroll Advisor to join a leading business, providing expert payroll support, processing, and advisory services to a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and process multiple client payrolls with a strong focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing outstanding support and service.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust and reliability.
- Proactively identify and report system issues or suggest enhancements to improve efficiency.
✔️ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing or payroll bureau role
✔️ A strong track record of effectively managing client relationships
✔️ Exceptional communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
