Flexible People are seeking a service support administrator to join one of our prestigious clients in Atherton.

This position is full time Monday-Friday. The times are 0800am-1600pm and then 0900am-1700pm the following week on a rotating pattern.

The rate of pay is 12.17ph

Position Description

Help support the washroom service operative’s schedules and deal with all service queries via telephone and email from customer queries, Business Development Managers and operatives in a timely manner. Co-ordinating new customers, change of service, reductions and removals keeping the information on the system up to date. To update and complete customer KPI/carbon footprint reports ensuring the data is correct. Working closely and reporting to the service managers.

  • Update service operative’s schedule.
  • Acts as liaison between clients and company.
  • Answers customer’s questions.
  • Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.
  • Writes up reports of client and customer activity or complaints.
  • Promotes company products and services.
  • Working closely with the service manager.
  • Ensuring all jobs/inductions are booked in.
  • Updating information on the computer system.
  • Checking I service data
  • Working closely with the planning software to arrange the engineers’ call with the customer via telephone/ email and tablet.
  • Preparation of washroom service operatives job packages, checking service report and logging information.
  • Organising parts for customers, operatives and engineers.
  • Booking in vaccination appointments and keep the data updated.
  • Running and updating vehicle trackers and hours.
  • Vehicle checks and data updated.
  • Uniform allocation.
  • Keeping operatives updated on incineration site information.
