We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to provide clerical and administrative support for key activities in a Higher Education setting.
We are particularly interested in receiving applications from those who have knowledge of financial or operations administration, or those with PA or HR experience.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to :

  • To perform routine administrative tasks, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, booking travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, and setting appointments.
  • To prepare presentations, materials, and documents for use in in meetings and engagements.
  • Maintaining and updating hard copy & electronic filing systems to ensure all documents and finance particulars (invoices/purchase orders) are up to date and accurate.
  • To respond to enquiries via telephone, email, and in person, providing  accurate information & guidance.


Essential Skills & Experience :

  • Relevant experience in administration in a Higher Education setting.
  • Strong organisation, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with bespoke University software programmes (Blackboard/Campus Solutions)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and confidence in interacting with staff at all levels.


Desirable Skills & Experience :

  • Experience organising training and/or events.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Finance
