The Role:

By shadowing their Senior Financial Advisers you will have firsthand knowledge of how to operate effectively as an Adviser. The timescale of progression from Financial Advisor to Senior advice partner is dependent on how quickly you can build a client bank to justify the transition the transition. You'll be fed warm leads to generate revenue and have full back office support, meaning you can fully focus on developing a bank of clients.

The Responsibilities:

  • Conducting client meetings to gather financial information, assess goals, and provide personalised recommendations
  • Preparing financial analyses, including cash flow projections, retirement planning, and investment portfolio reviews
  • Researching investment opportunities and assisting in developing investment strategies tailored to clients needs and risk profiles
  • Preparing financial plans and presentations for client meetings
  • Responding to client inquiries and provide ongoing support to address their financial needs and concerns
  • Staying informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact clients financial plans
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to compliance standards
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in the financial advisory field

Job Requirements:

  • You should have worked in Pensions and have strong knowledge
  • 1+ year as a qualified advisor
  • You should hold your full Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  • You should be proactive to network and generate clients
