Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a fast growth financial services business going through significant growth both organically and through acquisition.
The Finance Business Partner will be key in the development of the FP&A function. Partnering senior stakeholders across the business and providing key insights to enhance commercial decision making as the company continues to grow and evolve.
This is a highly visible, value add position and will put you in a great position for future progression.
Finance Business Partner:
- Work with senior leadership to provide a true understanding of divisional cost centres and where margins can be enhanced
- Identify key risks and opportunities, bringing solutions to the table to ensure continued growth
- Delivery of budgets and forecasts
- Lead, Challenge and influence key stakeholders to ensure strategic decision making inline with company objectives
- Drive continuous improvement and the development of the FP&A function
The Finance Business Partner will ideally come from a financial services background, with a true appreciation for drivers of cost and develop models for use across the organisation around costs/expenses.
This is a fast paced organisation, so having exposure to solutions led, high paced environment where you take ownership and drive continuous improvement and strive to add value is key to be successful in this role.
