Role: Progress Coach Location: Greater Manchester Type: Temporary Rate of pay: £20 per hour Eden Brown are looking for an enthusiastic progress coach on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester. This is a full time, ongoing role of 36 hours per week to start ASAP. About the Role As a Progress Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in the success students. You will: * Support students in setting and achieving academic, personal, and career goals. * Provide one-to-one and group coaching sessions to inspire confidence and resilience. * Monitor progress, attendance, and engagement, intervening where necessary to ensure students stay on track. * Collaborate with teaching staff and external partners to create tailored support plans. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment where every student feels valued.
