Calibre Search is working with a forward-thinking, highly ambitious consultancy actively seeking an experienced Associate Director level Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.


Based in Manchester, you will work closely with the Directors, providing a full range of pre and post-contract QS services. This is a key role where you will have the opportunity to help shape and manage their expanding specialist QS team.


The practice is committed to growth, constantly exploring new sectors. Currently, they have significant demand for support on large-scale new build industrial schemes, working with leading investors and developers across the UK. You will be leading these exciting projects and making a real impact on the business.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in construction contracts, cost estimation, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard QS software and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
