We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Indirect Buyer to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team in Liverpool. The role demands a professional with a keen eye for procuring goods and services that are not directly incorporated into a company's products.

Description

  • Manage the procurement of indirect goods and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.

  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations.
  • Promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

Profile

A successful 'Indirect Buyer' should have:

  • A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
  • A good understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
