Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the procurement across the business, ensuring value for money and social value
  • Regularly analysing the business expenditure and implementing improved processes
  • Develop and implement new procedures and policies to comply with the new Procurement Act 2023
  • General procurement responsibilities including tendering and contract management
  • Develop and nurture relationships with internal colleagues and external clients

Experience & Requirements

  • A background in public sector Procurement (PCR experience)
  • Is comfortable with the end-to-end procurement process
  • Strong work ethic and decision making skills
  • Excellent communication skills and able to manage suppliers and stakeholders
