Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Manchester / Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days from home)
Salary & Package: £45,000 + 25 days holiday (increasing with years of service up to 30 days) + 10% pension + additional benefits!

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the procurement across the business, ensuring value for money and social value
- Regularly analysing the business expenditure and implementing improved processes
- Develop and implement new procedures and policies to comply with the new Procurement Act 2023
- General procurement responsibilities including tendering and contract management
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal colleagues and external clients
Experience & Requirements
- A background in public sector Procurement (PCR experience)
- Is comfortable with the end-to-end procurement process
- Strong work ethic and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills and able to manage suppliers and stakeholders
