Job Title: Purchasing Administrator
Location: Manchester (Fully Office-Based)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role:The Purchasing Administrator will play a vital role in procurement, purchasing, and supply chain administration for an internationally renowned AV technology integrator.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process purchase orders (POs).
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Chase up deliveries and process returns when necessary.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Support the procurement team with general administrative tasks.
- Prior experience working within a purchasing department.
- Experience using D365/Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of the audio/visual sector would be highly beneficial.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to pressure and shifting priorities.
- Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE.
