Job Title: Purchasing Administrator

Location: Manchester (Fully Office-Based)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:

The Purchasing Administrator will play a vital role in procurement, purchasing, and supply chain administration for an internationally renowned AV technology integrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process purchase orders (POs).
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Chase up deliveries and process returns when necessary.
  • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
  • Support the procurement team with general administrative tasks.
Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience working within a purchasing department.
  • Experience using D365/Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of the audio/visual sector would be highly beneficial.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to pressure and shifting priorities.
