My client, are two years new into the Manchester Construction market and are doing really well working with some key clients. My client, are a well established family owned regional contractor with multiple offices. Manchester, is their newest office. With a strong pipeline of works ahead.

We are looking to hire, the offices first Assistant QS to join the business and work closely, with the Senior QS and wider team. Huge career progression on offer.

Duties:

• Arranging payments to sub-contractors
• Assisting in preperation of final accounts
• Assisting in CVR's
• Assisting in compiling cash flows
• Change control
• Client valuations assistance

Working closely under the Senior QS, you will have full support and training to develop your career and progress within the busness to Quantity Surveyor level in the short to medium term.

Projects:

Universities / Schools / MOD / Sci-Tech / Healthcare / Offices etc.

A mix of New Build & Refurbishment works with values, ranging typically from 2m to 25m. Manchester based.
