Currently, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Within this scheme, you will be involved in a large-scale project located inManchester Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in supporting our quantity surveying team to ensure efficient cost management and project delivery.
Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
Support in conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost control and financial efficiency.
Help monitor project progress, prepare interim valuations, and manage change orders.
Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules.
Contribute to the preparation of monthly cost reports and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Participate in site visits and meetings to provide cost-related insights and support.
