My client are a leading housing and property developer currently turning over 200m. They deliver high quality family homes and residential developments priding themselves on creating modern, ecofriendly, and sustainable communities across the North West.

They are now recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on luxury high-rise D&B residential tower block projects in Manchester city centre, valued at up to 60m.

Duties to include:

  • Assist with updating all cost control procedures as advised
  • Assist with the compilation of all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
  • Assist with accurate costing for each aspect of site development
  • Assist with compiling reports on costs and cash flows
  • Assist with preparation of tenders and procurement of sub-contractors
  • Process subcontract orders, payments and variations
  • Attend team meetings as required
