Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of the housing sector and demonstrate the ability to contribute effectively to the overall project management process. Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining high-quality standards and compliance throughout all stages of construction.

• Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the general building or housing sector.
• A basic understanding of cost planning and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Relevant qualifications, or working towards,  in Quantity Surveying or a related field are desirable.
