About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their career, working alongside experienced professionals on high-profile CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for commercial fit-out projects.
  • Support the management of project costs to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Measure and value subcontractor work, preparing accurate valuations and payment applications.
  • Help identify, assess, and manage project risks and variations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and project forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a construction or fit-out environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Excel and project management tools.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
